The physics and chemistry of matter is determined by the interaction of electrons and nuclei on ultrafast timescales down to the attosecond (10-18 s) regime. In this seminar, I will highlight how attosecond photon spectroscopy grants us a detailed look into the intricate quantum dynamics within atoms and molecules. Beyond precision metrology, shortest laser pulses allow us to precisely manipulate the quantum interactions of electrons and nuclei.
